Our 1-on-1 personal training provides the ultimate accountability and will help you achieve your specific goals. With special regards to your health history, limitations, personal preferences, and fitness goals, we will design each workout specifically to you. We are excited to be your coach and biggest fan throughout the process.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS

semi-private groups of 2-3 WOMEN

We understand the 1-on-1 setting and large class formats can be intimidating for some. If you prefer working out with just a couple of close friends, then our small group fitness classes are for you! The workouts will be tailored specifically to your group based on personal preferences and fitness levels. This is an affordable and fun way to achieve fast results, and receive extra motivation, support and expert guidance.

This program is a circuit style bootcamp session that is designed to challenge, empower and recharge women. Some would describe it as fun and fast paced with versions of fundamental muscle building and fat burning exercises. Don’t let that scare you because our trainer has your best interest in mind. There are modifications and progressions so it's attainable for most fitness levels. Each time you come to a class you will be challenged with a different workout that will leave you wanting more.

Generation Able Bootcamp will be a drop in session and will have limited space, so please contact us today to register in advanced for a spot. Every class will warm you up, work you out, cool you down and leave you ready to take on the rest of your day. Be prepared to make friends and accountability partners at Generation Able Bootcamp.
